Party Passion

I've always enjoyed planning a party - probably even more so than the party itself. . . But leading up to my daughter's first birthday is when my party obsession really took over. 
I've never enjoyed a lot of colour, preferring a wardrobe consisting mainly of blacks and greys, but along with my daughter came a new passion for colour, beginning with pink!
So for her first birthday I began madly ordering, collecting, finding, hoarding, foraging for anything and everything pink.
Etsy and Pintrest became my new best friends and I became party mad.
4 years later, I still have giant storage bins full of leftover party paraphernalia that comes out of hiding every year to see what can be recycled or finally used. Every year more supplies are added and the stockpile grows.
Birthdays have always been a big deal in my family and planning them is something I don't think I'll ever stop enjoying. 
Luckily for me, my job also brought with it the opportunity to plan parties and I make the most of every chance, aiming to constantly out-do the last effort.
